WORKING OUT

So you finally make yourself go to the gym.
You get there and quickly head to a cardio machine, hit quick start, and do that for 30 minutes, then you might do some crunches and other ab workouts, then you call it a day. Sound familiar at all?
That is what a basic workout for me used to be... then after doing research I found out that I was working out all wrong!!
LIFTING WEIGHTS WILL NOT MAKE YOU BULKY!!!!
Girls always say I wanna be toned but not bulky so they stay away from weights, but think about it unless if you have no muscle then theres no way you can be toned.
A great introduction workout to lifting is Jamie Eason's 12 Week Live Fit Trainer it is a FREE 3 month program and it is amazing!!! I highly recommend this program!!!

Cardio

Cardio is a great way to burn fat, but 30 minutes on a treadmill every workout won't do as much as you want it to.
Here are my cardio recommendations:
30/30- get on a treadmill and hit the speed up to a sprint pace. Sprint for 30 seconds then hop on the sides for 30 seconds. Repeat for 15-30 minutes.
This is one of the best forms of cardio!!
Incline- get on a treadmill and set a walking pace, then crank the incline up! If you can walk for 45-60 minutes then you burn up to 1000 calories! I usually just watch Netflix on my phone while I walk.
Resistance

Resistance training is another great way to get strong and toned.
I recommend Kayla Itsine's Bikini Body Guide I know that it is expensive but this workout has helped me SOOOO much. Below is my transformation photo so far from her program.
