FITNESS APPS:

 

 

Nike Running: GREAT APP for runners.  It tracks your runs and has a GPS that tells you how far you are in your run and what your time is.  It also has a cool feature that helps you train for anything from a 5k to a full marathon. (my friend used it to train for a half marathon and loved it).

Nike Training: AMAZING APP!!!!!!! It is free and gives you free full workouts.  I highly recommend this for anyone! It gives you free workouts and the app actually worksout with you.

Fooducate:  This app helps you track your meals and workouts to give you a good estimate of your calories.
