And start living healthy TODAY

In 2013 I started my first year of college, in 2014 I realized I needed to make a change.

I went into college thinking that I may gain the freshman 15 but I was not completely worried about.  I have always had a fast metabolism and never really gained much weight. 

 

I went through my first semester and when I came home for winter break I knew that I needed to change.

 

At school my diet consisted of pizza, nachos, fries, burgers, and beer... alot of beer.  I rarely worked out and was constantly taking naps.  I was on a downward hill to a very unhealthy lifestyle. 

As you can see in the picture above I was starting to gain aa bit of a bloat and puffiness.  That picture was my wake up call.  I hated it, so much.  I wanted to delete it but I knew that if I couldn't.  I knew that if I kept that picture I would one day look back at it and see a different person.  That was my motivation.  

 

So I changed my diet, my workout schedule, and did a complete 360.  

This is my current progress, I have done a number of different workout programs and now live a healthier lifestyle.

 

This is a 7 month progress, I KNOW THAT SOUNDS LIKE A LONG TIME, but it is because I have been trying to find a program that works for me and I have found a few!
