HOW TO STAY HEALTHY?

College is full of unhealthy temptations.  Pizza, nachos, late night eating, drinking, etc.  It is important to learn how to work around these things in order to be healthy.

Drinking:

This is probably one of the biggest issues with college weight gain.  Drinking by itself is awful for you, but when you pair it with late night eating then it gets really bad.  My first semester I would go out, drink, and by 2am I would be eating greasy pizza the size of my head.  Literally the size of my head.

I am not saying that I have stopped drinking,

I think its fun and I enjoy going out.  However, I am

becoming more aware of how much I drink and I

question "Is this worth it?" If it is the best night ever

then go ahead and drink! BUT if it is just an okay

night then go out and don't drink (or if you're afraid

of judgement for not drinking just pretend to be

drinking a beer or take fake "pulls").

BUT YOU SHOULD AVOID LATE NIGHT EATING.

Every night that I drank I would either get this

HUGE pizza or nachos... that was a huge probelm.

How to avoid this?
DRUNK EAT HEALTHY FOOD! I promise you when you are hammered nothing tastes better than some deli meat.  When you are done for the night go back to your room and just eat anything healthy in your fridge.  Your drunk self will love whatever you eat.
